Thank you for shopping with The Essence of Colour Inc.! Please note that we currently do not offer shipping services for online orders.

Order Pickup Only:

• All orders placed online must be picked up in-store at our designated location.

• You will receive an email or notification confirming when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Timeframe:

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

Identification Required:

• Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

Authorized Pickup:

• If someone else is picking up your order, they must present the order confirmation email and a valid ID matching the name provided during checkout.

No Shipping Services:

• At this time, we do not ship products to any locations.
